Adds same radiator 3 times. #6

Hi. Thanks for creating this.

I have 4 Rointe Belize radiators. The plugin seems to know there are 4, but it initialises 2, then for the other 2 just re-adds the first one again.

Only 2 devices show up in HomeKit as well.

Sorry, worked out why this is doing is. The Rointe app had given them all the same name.

I fixed it there and now it's working.
