Add data types:

SQL numeric > object of Python Decimal
SQL decimal > object of Python Decimal
SQL datetime > Pandas datetime64[ns]
SQL datetimeoffset > object of Pandas Timestamps with tzinfo to prevent pandas normalizing to UTC
SQL char = Pandas string
SQL nchar = Pandas string

Remove inferring dataframe types from objects.

Bump to v2.0.0
