It seems that sorting by phone number seems to be a feature that is not useful to the target user.

The sort command is correct and does not hinder user experience and usage. It maintains the consistency of features and makes the sort feature complete to sort by every field available. It provides a choice for users to sort phone numbers of patients.

Reason for disagreement: Below is a snippet of the module's definition of Feature flaw.

I would think that the sort by phone number would fall under redundant features that just adds to the clutter of commands of the app, increasing complexity of the app without value-adding.

Additionally, below is the Target User & Value Proposition section that can be found in the module website.

I also feel that this feature is not very useful for most people much less to the clinic receptionist. Can't think of why your target audience would use the sort by phone number feature in most if not all cases.
