Menu looses items when corresponding list was opened from tool bar #23

"Edit/Insert musical symbol" menu item shows only the subitems "ornaments", "dynamics" and "directions", but not their subitems once the corresponding submenu is opened from the tool bar.

This happens for 1.3.7.7 (at least on macOS, didn't check other)

Does not happen when running the current version from git.
