Hello

I have tested these changes on Linux using wildmidi midi player and the /usr/bin/fluidsynth midi player with these parameters -a alsa /usr/share/sounds/sf2/FluidR3_GM.sf2'

The beta of EasyABC now has built in support for FluidSynth, so an external midi player is no longer required. It requires FluidSynth 2.

These changes where merged into master days after I open the Pull request but for some reason it was not done by merging this PR. But I agree an built in support for FluidSynth is a much better solution.
