Incorrect barline insertion for meter 2/4 (easyABC v1.3.8.1 on macOS Monterey 12.5) #83

barline is inserted after quarter notes. CHANGE log indicates fixes to barline insertion in v1.3.7 but I seem to be experiencing a related issue running 1.3.8
