ability to lock a game.So say person X tracks and uploads a game. Now that we have that game done completely, we could be able to lock the game from any further additions. This would prevent people from accidentally uploading data to the wrong game ID# (I'm thinking specifically about ID# 20001)

Yeah, I can add an ability to lock games.

Ill also change the default value to something that can't be submitted ie "2xxxx"
