Updated files for Ansible 2.7.10+ #11

There are a few things that are outdated from the videos so I have updated the files to work with a later version of Ansible (2.1.10+)

Changes:

Box updated to Ubuntu 18.04
Inventory file has a different hostname for the load balancer (now lb1). Ansible was throwing warnings about this.
IP addresses changed to 192.168.10.* range.
haproxy.conf changed to use the bind parameter
