It wont be possible to benchmark the NEO-B1 or LSPC2. It maybe possible to add some type of benchmark for the cpu/68K.
Your problem does sound like a clock or NEO-D0 issue. You might try hitting up one of the tech support forums at

and/or

to see if anyone else has any ideas on the cause.
Ok so it kinda fixed itself ?? I tried various replacements, D0, and numerous LSPC2, in the end I went back to the og LSPC2 and no more slowdowns for some reason.... I still have that wierd sync problem.
I have an MVS board that shows more slowdowns than others, same model board, MV1FZ. It's very noticiable when doing supers in LB2 with Kojiro, with the d,d+A/B I really have to compensate each input for the slowdown, and with qcb,f+AB each hit really slows down.
This particular board also happens to have problems with GBS-Control board, has jumpy sync. I tried replacing the crystal in case it drifted but same results. I tried to scope NEO-D0 clocks but I couldn't see anything different than other boards (it's a crappy scope tho). I'm thinking LSPC2 as sync also comes from it, but it's kind of a pain to replace, so if someone ever had issue like this... So I was wondering if some chip was starting to be defective and if a CPU/NEO-B1/LSPC2 benchmark was possible, to compare with a normal board.
