Added: gh-actions; user for image #10

Good day, I created some GitHub actions to automatically build the docker image for amd64, arm64 and riscv64. I also added an unprivileged user to the docker image so stk doesn't need to run as root anymore. Feedback is always welcome :)

P.S.: I would also recommend to customize the docker workflow so that the image on docker hub is also automatically updated.
