created modules for data ingest, transforming data and data output etc
made some small changes to how the data is written out to h5 and Excel which should help
renamed Call_API_code.py to main.py

@chloe-murrell @penbet Sorry this PR is getting to be huge. Let's work on merging it soon. Hopefully it will really help to organise the code and benefit us all.
