No violations reported in the check even when found by the action #164

Starting some time between 27th and 31st January, Spotbugs violations are found by the action but not reported in the check. This seems to happen every time a check is created when there are violations.

We've got violations reported again in a new build. Maybe something changed in the GitHub API and they've changed it back?
