Update the gemspec file #60

Update the current gemspec file to simplify it.

Removed date so gem pushes will always be current time
Simplified the runtime_dependency includes

this gem build is handled by Echoe, which scratch the gemspec on each run... Your changes will be lost on next rake build.... Maybe you can wait a bit between a PR and his merge. juste time for a quick review

Ah I see. I guess we can remove echoe in favor of bundler. It seems like that's a dead project anyway, plus bundler is definitely simpler to use. I'll make a pr shortly to remove echoe, good thing is you can just do gem build with the current gemspec.
