Add automatic location identification to User profile.

Because a Person may have multiple "boards" in different locations (maybe I manage mine and my Grama's waterall) in California. I added a location to the waterallBoard model since one board can only have one physical location but a user can have multiple boards each in a different location.

Hope this makes sense.

thanks. it still needs some more testing but it is up on heroku. I need to add some user restrictions/security to the controllers etc then I will mark this as done.
