gitlib-hit seems mostly finished #26

The hit back-end seems as complete (or more) than the cmdline. (I added a few lines to the tests that may not be working on some other back-ends yet.) Thanks for the guidance, this did help pull me back into Haskell hacking.

@league Thank you so much!! I will look this over. Also, I saw your comment about data Options r on IRC, and you have an excellent point. That was a hold over from long ago.
