Org-Backup: Add support for MS-SQL, Oracle and MySQL #14

Right now the database-backup functionality only exports to SQLite databases. Support for the following DBMS would be nice for everyone not using SQLite

Oracle
MySQL
MS-SQL

Prerequisites:

Add parameters in properties for db-type and credentials

It would also be great to see exports for Postgres
