Allow absolute paths for NAB.TranslationSuggestionPaths #454

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We clean out and remove outdated tools. In the process, we introduce our developers and product managers to other ways of doing the same work in a better way.

One aspect of this is our default or standard translations. These are to be mapped in VSCode. However, a relative path for the files is a handicap. We would like to define one or more paths for our users, independent of the project directory.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to allow absolute paths to be specified for the NAB.TranslationSuggestionPaths configuration setting.

Describe alternatives you've considered Employees are very individual when it comes to their project directories. To simplify internal support, among other things, we want to define a central directory for the standard translations, which is independent of the location of the project directories.

We have tested relative paths, but these regularly raise questions.

Additional context I shall create a new PR for this change.
