Splash creation and flashing #5

I am able to select a file for conversion (I made sure it was in the correct size format), a new file is created, but doesn't contain an image. If you then try to flash the newly converted image, the splash is not changed. It stays the same.

Manually trying to update the splash via "fastboot flash splash1 filename" also fails to update the splash.

Make sure you use a image with 320x480 resolution and will work correctly.
