ToDo: Create Contact Page #17

At the very last section within the index.html create a new section that:

Inquires if users are seeking to contact
Allows them to press a button

This new button will lead to a new page where the form will be.

Have a back button for ease-of-use
- If there's content within the form, modal pop-up and inquire if user is sure.
Create a response for when the form is submitted
- When successful, hide form and indicate to user their submission went through
- When failing, highlight this to the user.

Basic structure of the Contact Page is now built, future updates expected.

Final design of Contact Page has been built. JS Functionality will be added next for Form submission will be added soon

Conditions of this issue has been met. Future tweaks should be expected, but this issue is complete otherwise.
