Issue reported by kempelen at Bitbucket:

It would be useful to scroll with mouse wheel. Across pages (continuous mode - as DjView4 calls it).

If this is an error on my install only, I tried 2.12 "source" package and 2.11 DEB package (from your Ubuntu link) on Ubuntu 12.04. Mouse wheel does nothing in DjvuSmooth.

Unfortunately, I don't have time to implement any new features in djvusmooth. Code contributions from other people are of course welcome.
