TSV support (tsv2djvused) #28

This is just renaming another aspect of issue #19. TSV can be analysed and manipulating with some general purpose tools, while to choice of hOCR tools is still rather limiting.

Very good idea. Using TSV internally (instead of hOCR) should make ocrodjvu faster and more robust.
