Support multi-languages with Tesseract #3

Issue reported by GStager at Bitbucket:

tesseract 3 -l option: "The language to use. If none is specified, English is assumed. Multiple languages may be specified, separated by plus characters."

But ocrodjvu supported only one language code.

This will be fixed in 0.7.15. The required changes have been already committed to the repository.
