[Issue]: tweaking energy sensor #289

Just wanted to see if a general energy sensor can be added, as it is now there are 2, one for heating and another for cooling. I add stuff to the energy integration and would rather just have one senssor there so i just can see the consumption overall regardless if it cools or heats. Thanks :)

I guess, i just thought it would be more appropriate to have it in the integration itself. But if that's not gonna happen i'll take a look :)

You can easily do that yourself using a template, I want to keep the integration as simple as possible
