Added Disqus support #26

Basic support for Disqus comments.

This solves the #25 issue.

PD: sorry for the modifications to Gemfile.lock, Jekyll itself made them. Not sure if breaks something.

I tested your changes and I like it. I added two comments to your files. If you find some time please change the two things I commented on and then I merge your pull request.
