I have some WGA-stained atrial tissue section images (TIFFs). I would like to use your package. i put the .ijm in the plugins folder of ImageJ and I can see Javacyte in the Plugins menu. I select image type as .tiff and tick fibrosis quantification. It seems to run without error and says 'all files analyzed, results are saved', however there are no results in the folder I selected for output. Any idea what I am doing wrong? Thanks

We are also having this same issue in our lab.
