This kext "just worked" when I built and ran it for 10.15.4. I'll see about getting a PR together, but I just whacked the minimum OS version to 10.15. Is there a specific number you prefer?

I'm currently not taking PRs for HoRNDIS -- I don't have the bandwidth to maintain it -- though if someone else wants to take overm aintainership entirely, I'm happy to let you do so!
