I've used the tethering successfully on previous versions with Android such as LG G5.

System environment Macbook Pro 14" M1 macOS 12.6.1 Sony XZ Premium G8412, Android 9

I read other's similar case and prepare the usb output log by USB Prober for development reference. Thanks in advance.

It worked after following the instruction of HoRNDIS-for-M1. It is not the interface issue.
