Remove nagging messages about tab-completing names #23

Chat clients have no business imposing their own notions of proper "chat etiquette". This PR removes the nagging messages that naim likes to give if you tab complete someones name more than once.

Not sure if this should go on top of lua-experiemental or master. I can rebase as necessary.
