Can you specify what this feature will be about?

Assuming this is the "What tune should I learn?" feature, it is just a specialized version of the Play feature. The Play feature will only suggest tunes you know or are learning, whereas the Learn feature will only suggest tunes in your repertoire that you don't know (all based on the RepertoireTune knowledge field)
