I noticed that there is a css issue on desktop browsers (chrome, edge, safari). Does not show on mobile. These card don't have a button. Hence the discrepancy.
The Index page feature-card css add "align-content: start; " to the element. I believe this is a quick fix.
I will want to have this tested as the VS emulators are showing it, but Live it is not there on mobile.
