Add share button #117

Please add a share button with the new 2d bar code that is shown. When it's shown a friend can scan it with their camera. @benjkent

I envision this could be either Top Right on index page or just below "Show Content" on index. Something that takes 2 seconds to access. Do You have any thoughts about where the initiating button should be? Something like a modal that overlays on the Index page graphic. @jwkent
