Add user arguments to i7z_rw_registers.rb

This is a suggestion/enhancement request to add user arguments for a one time 
output.

--daemon -d - Run in daemon mode
--turbo -t <action>
--system -s
--multiplier -m <set|get> <number>

I think the rest is obvious. This would allow a one-time use so wrapper scripts 
can use the output.

--daemon would allow the script to write to the log while running in the 
background, this would be helpful for monitoring programs.

Step 1. What steps will reproduce the problem?

./i7z_rw_registers.rb

Step 2. What version of the product are you using (the download version or
the svn
version and which one)?
