It'd be really nice to see this project move to GitHub in order to encourage 
more forking and development in the community.

sure, i think i can push/pull updates from both googlecode and github and keep 
them both in sync

I'll keep googlecode up because its an easy way for many people to just get the 
latest (working) code/binary
