i7z GUI mode does not show all cores #74

On every 2 or 4 socket Xeon server I tested (HP 
ProLiant DL380/DL580, Dell PowerEdge R610/R620/
R710/R720/R820/R920, Cisco C240/C420, IBM x3850,
Lenovo RD630) the i7z GUI monitor hides some of
the cores during each display cycle! The attached
screen shot is from a 4-socket 40-core system. It
shows 10 cores on socket 0 but only 7 cores on 
socket 1!

One suggestion would be to just show one socket at a time and add a way to 
toggle between sockets.
