use flow types instead of proptypes
use ScrollView to keep tagInput with a predefined numberOfLines
fix TextInput width estimation
add labelKey prop to enable passing objects as tags
numberOfLines props to set the maximum number of lines that this component should have

it is much like the tag input of facebook app
