This error comes from the server, basically it says that the LDAP query returned more results than the configured limit.

The quickest workaround (if possible) would be to configure your LDAP server so that this limit is large enough for your entire phone book.

A quick Google search also showed that it may be possible to implement paging support in the client (i.e. YajHFC) so that the phone book would be retrieved in several "packets" small enough. I can not promise if/when I will implement this, however.
