Add static start date to a new session #109

Can we have the selection of the Start Date when creating a session (Static 
start date) i.e. similar to like a Calender selection of the start date and 
make the Start Date as a static data that can be made visible when viewing the 
list of sessions on the list2.php page. Currently the Updated Date and Executed 
Date does not give us the option of knowing when the session was actually 
created.on.
