What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure Defect Management System URL
2. Enter a bug ticket into a Session report and Save
3. View the Session report (vs. edit) and the Defects connected to session
field is blank

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected - viewing the session and/or opening the Edit window will display the
ticket

Observed - when Viewing the Session the "Defects connected to session" field is
blank. When Editing the Session the field is also blank and the entered ticket
is not displayed. A check of the database shows no entries in the mission_bugs
table.

The bug ticket URL is http://xxx.xxxxx.com/browse/CA-12345, the DMS URL entered
is http://xxx.xxxxx.com/browse/ and the ticket entered into the Session field
is CA-12345.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.1 on Win7

Sorry, a reload resolved the issue. Before reloading the 'add bug' link didn't
do anything, the function didn't work, so I saved the report. After reloading
the link does work, immediately applies the bug and all is well. Apologies I
didn't try that first, please close/disregard this ticket.
