Application report 'Requirements tested' not accurate

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a single report in DB with no requirements, 2 bugs
2. View App report for Sprint with both options selected, Summary says 2 
requirements, 2 bugs, and Requirements tested tab shows none
3. Add 2 more bugs to the report
4. View App report, Summary says 4 requirments, 4 bugs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected - 0 requirements displayed in summary and requirments tested tab

Observed - # of requirements reflects the number of bugs entered.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.1 on Win7

Please provide any additional information below.
We don't use a Requirements site structure so I added the URL and entered a 
ticket to test, the App report still shows 4 requirements tested in Summary and 
1 in Requirements tested tab. Added a 2nd req. ticket, Summary still shows 4 
and Req. tab shows only the first of the 2 entered, both reqs are in the 
database table.

Bug verified and is now corrected in [rev409].
Was looking at bug count and not req count.
