Activesupport 32 compatibility #40

I just upgraded from Rails 3.1.x to 3.2.8 and it broke tenacity. Luckily the fix was very simple, and maintains backward compatibility.

Also took the opportunity to convert history.txt to CHANGELOG.md (nicer on the eyes :).

Thanks for the patch! I'll merge this in and push a new version of Tenacity soon.
