[eSpeak] Finer grained controls in settings

I am using Espeak across many computers and am very satisfied
with its performance in general. I find the Android version far
less pleasant to use largely because the settings for pitch and
rate are far too coarse-grained, resulting in output which is
suboptimal. It is all the more frustrating because I know the
capabilities are there. 
What I would like to see:
- Ability to control pitch and rate by increments of 1/100, 1/10
  at the very least.
- Separate volume control with ability to boost as well as cut.
  (IMO, the TTS service should really have its own volume slider, but
   perhaps it can at least be implemented for espeal.)

Naturally, this is a wishlist item.
