Implemented 'Auto Advance' functionality #24

Playlists now have an "auto advance" configuration option, when auto advance is enabled, the playlist will automatically continue playback.

Thanks, Rik! Can you update the README ("Supported features" and "Usage instructions") to reflect the new options? I would do it but I'm not feeling well today and will be in Barcelona all next week.

Pablo, can we remove the analytics token parameter from the JSON now that we are fetching it from the content server?

Also, we should remove the JvOpsvoq configs directory, it contains some trademarked NPR graphics.
