COJO Files Content has multiple columns #10

Running PWCoCo with --out_cond, when N>=2 were conditioned, I get N COJO files. So far so good.

However, each of the files has with N SNP columns that are not the same across files.

Paired with the arbitrary file names (see #9), this makes it impossible to extract information from the COJO output.
