COJO file names are arbitrary #9

The COJO files have names of SNPs that do not even show up in the log file

I couldn't replicate this across all of my runs working on the newest commit. However, I suspect this issue was related to #7 whereby the previous cojo file names were indeed selected (mostly) at random by accident (see acb4784 which fixed this)
