Add app icon design #3

Can be regenerated easily with any new icon we might use :)

Updated README to contain instructions on how to regenerate the icon as well.

Apologies for the large number of files changed - mostly it is the new icon generation

Updated with new icons from @BenjMathis1 😁

Might require a little more tweaking for Android adaptive icons, but the toolchain is set up to generate them now

Yeah, it'll definitely need some adjustment, but we could easily do that later. Thanks @SilkyPants, and especially @BenjMathis1 for designing the icons!
