Instructions Brainstorm Problems and Needs/Wants.
As a team come up with as many Problems as you can think of that people are suffering from or need help with.
-- Write each Problem on a separate Post-it note. Use one colour for Problems (e.g. red).
-- Use an idea cloud as a prompt if you’re stuck.
-- For each Problem, come up with associated Needs/Wants. Write each Need/Want on a separate Post-it note. Use a different colour for Needs/Wants (e.g. yellow). Make sure you formulate the need/want as a positive sentence (problem: they can’t... need: they want to...)
-- Link your Needs/Wants with your Problems.
-- Take a photo of your ideas so far to document your brainstorm.
