For each problem, you will brainstorm solutions. Be open-minded, listen to others and be ready to modify your solution idea based on feedback.
For each PNW (problem/need/want) you need to use your creative powers to find a solution that you think people might use. A solution can be:
A product -software, hardware, equipment
A service -taxis, hotels, restaurants, couriers, building(services are normally powered by people)
Instructions:
--As a team come up with as many Solutions you can think of that solve the Problems you’ve identified. Use the Needs/Wants to help you understand what life would look like if a problem was solved.
--Write each solution on a separate post-it note Use a different colour for Solutions (e.g. green)
--Use a Solution Cloud as a prompt if you are stuck3.
--Link your Solutions back to the Problems so you can see how your ideas link together. Also link your Needs/Wants with your Problems and Solutions to see what success would look like for your idea.
--Take a photo of all your ideas to document your brainstorm.
--5.Start evaluating your ideas to select the most promising Problem + Solution pairs. For a solution to have a shot at being successful, focus on things that clearly solve the problems you’ve identified and are unique, fun and different.
