Pressing `Enter`/'Return` while any input field is focused brings up the CSV import dialog #93

Steps to reproduce:

  1. click into any input field (text box, rating points field, etc.)
  2. click enter
  3. csv import field always opens

This doesn't happen when not inside an input field
