Binutils 2.3.2 doesn't seem to be available anymore #13

...but version 2.3.3.1 is - It's probably enough to build the set (I wasn't able to verify it). Another option is to use a mirror, like http://na.mirror.garr.it/mirrors/djgpp/current/v2gnu/.
