Create Zen editing mode #27

I think put a div around the editor, then put the icon for zen mode / fullscreen in side that div with a relative position at the top - similar to the way we position the edit links in side the topic.

Then make that zen mode icon activate a highly stripped back version of the editor.

Is it more Zen to author in Ascii Doc, and then have it convert to Docbook when leaving Zen mode? Let's find out.
